Notable Accomplishments:
- June 3, 2024: Moon Surgical received its second FDA approval for its commercial Maestro System. This clearance came at the perfect time as the company continues to accelerate with strong traction from US sites eager to advance their laparoscopy practice by joining Moon Surgical’s Limited Market Release.
- June 2024: Craig Morgenthal, MD, FACS with North Florida Surgeons, completed the first commercial uses of Moon Surgical’s recently approved Maestro system in the United States by performing two gastric sleeve procedures at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville (Florida).
- May 2024: Moon Surgical was selected for the prestigious French Tech Next40/120 program for 2024. This elite program was launched by the French Tech Mission to support the 120 most promising French startups with the potential to become global leaders.
- Moon Surgical and its visionary CEO, Anne Osdoit, were selected as finalists for the prestigious European Lifestars Awards in two incredible categories: Medtech Company of the Year and Private Company CEO of the Year. Wish them luck!

- ACS (American Congress of Surgeons) Clinical Congress - the Moon team will be in San Francisco, October 19-22. Stop by booth #1850 to experience the Maestro difference.
- ESGE (European Society of Gynecological Endoscopy) Annual Congress – the Moon team will travel to Marseille, France to build strong connections with GYN surgeons, October 27-30.
- Mayo Clinic Beahrs Surgical Innovation Summit – look for the Moon Surgical kiosk on November 7 in Rochester, MI and get a hands-on demo of the Maestro digital surgical assistant.
- AAGL (American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists) Global Congress – say “Hello, Maestro!” at Moon Surgical’s booth #1220 in New Orleans, LA November 16-19.
