​As plastics proliferation keeps increasing, we are finding out more about the impacts of plastic pollution — including macroplastics and microplastics — on human and animal health, as well as biodiversity.

Four exceptional speakers will present their research and experience of key impacts on human health, animal health and biodiversity.

During this conference jointly organized by UFE San Francisco and FACC California,4 exceptional speakers will present their research and experience of key impacts:

​This event will explore:

  • ​The increasing proliferation of plastics

  • ​The impacts of macroplastics and microplastics

  • ​Consequences for human health

  • ​Effects on animal health

  • ​Broader implications for biodiversity

After the three presentations there will be 30 minutes of Q&A with the audience. A networking opportunity will follow.
