A growing number of organizations around the world are shifting their business models away from a linear model of “take, make, waste'' to a circular model where waste is designed out by making products that can be repaired, disassembled and reused.

This topic impacts us all so please join us to share your solutions whether as an individual and/or a business, and help us propose and implement meaningful solutions to meet this incredible challenge.
Eden Brukman
Senior Green Building Coordinator
Since 1996, Eden Brukman has focused on establishing socially and environmentally responsible solutions for human habitat as a licensed architect, outreach strategist, and standards developer. Her advocacy efforts have led to policy reform, decentralized building and community developments, and the creation of a network of local action groups in cities all over the world.
For more than twenty-five years, Eden Brukman has focused on establishing socially and environmentally responsible solutions for human habitat as a licensed architect, outreach strategist, and standards developer. She coauthored Living Building ChallengeSM and directed its evolution and global deployment 2007-2012; was the first Technical Director of the Health Product Declaration® Collaborative; and contributed to the early development of other programs such as the Pharos ProjectTM, DeclareSM, and EcoDistricts®. Eden currently serves as the Senior Green Building Coordinator for the City and County of San Francisco Department of the Environment. She is a recipient of the prestigious Buckminster Fuller Challenge award and Women in Sustainability Leadership Award, and was designated a Living Building Hero and LEED Fellow, as well as one of the Forty under 40 in Portland, Oregon. Also a licensed architect, her advocacy efforts have led to restorative developments, reform of conventional building industry resource flows, and the creation of a network of local action groups in cities all over the world.
Emmeline Cardozo

Emmeline Cardozo is a Manager in the Sustainability practice at Accenture and Program Lead of The Circulars Accelerator, a partnership with The World Economic Forum that helps startup founders building circular businesses scale and contribute to the circular transition. She holds degrees from Middlebury College and the University of Michigan.
Garr Punnett
Chief Strategy officer & Circular Economy from Rheaply (AZ)
With a B.A. in Economics, Garr began his career helping produce inspirational programming such as Super Soul Sunday and special interviews for the Oprah Winfrey Network. Post his stint in the entertainment industry, Garr decided to pursue a passion for environmentally friendly and financially viable commercial solutions and graduated with a Master of Sustainability Solutions from Arizona State University.
As Chief of Staff, Garr has led Rheaply by leveraging his unique experience in production, sales and climate tech to assist large academic, government and Fortune 100 enterprise partners in building technology that empowers zero waste and circular solutions.
Mathieu Aguesse
Founder and CEO of Schoolab US (Berkeley)
"Mathieu Aguesse is a French entrepreneur, dedicated to innovation and education on impact-driven topics. He successfully launched the first open innovation class dedicated to solving plastic pollution, a program called Deplastify the Planet at UC Berkeley. He is also running a class called Equitable Design, which leverages the power of design to solve challenges related to diversity, equity and inclusion.Aguesse is also the founder and CEO of Schoolab US, an innovation studio working with major corporations across the world. He has been developing unique innovation and design frameworks, such as “design fiction,” which he sees as the new essential framework for the leaders of the future."
