Exclusive leadership lunch for LA’s top Media minds
We officially launched our Media Committee with an exclusive invitation-only leadership lunch in Marina del Rey. The event brought together senior media executives from leading global agencies, premium brands, and major advertisers for a high-level discussion on the evolving challenges and opportunities shaping global media strategy.
Designed as an intimate, off-the-record gathering, the lunch provided a rare opportunity for LA’s top media decision-makers to exchange perspectives on programmatic innovation, media transformation, and the increasing complexity of global campaign management. The discussion also aimed to strengthen transatlantic connections between American, French, and European media leaders active in the U.S. market.
Participants included C-suite executives, SVPs, and senior media leaders from major holding companies, agencies, and advertisers, reflecting the committee’s focus on curating a highly selective and influential network of industry stakeholders.
Key themes emerging from the discussion included:
- The impact of AI consolidation on the media landscape, particularly its implications for media planning, buying, and optimization at global scale.
- The increasing role of automation in client services and campaign execution, and the challenge of maintaining client satisfaction while media workflows become more data- and machine-driven.
- The tension between global media strategies and local market performance, with participants highlighting the need to better align centralized planning with on-the-ground execution and regional nuances.
Held one month ahead of the Cannes Lions Festival, the conversation also reflected broader industry anticipation around the future of media innovation and creative effectiveness, as well as the growing importance of cross-market collaboration in an increasingly fragmented ecosystem.
The lunch was made possible with the support of RTL AdAlliance, to whom the French-American Chamber of Commerce California extends its sincere thanks for their partnership.
The event marked the successful launch of the Media Committee, establishing a foundation for ongoing dialogue among senior media leaders and reinforcing FACC California’s role as a connector between transatlantic media ecosystems.
