Following the two-Michelin-starred "Lazy Bear" restaurant, chef David Barzelay entrusted us with equipping this charming restaurant. "JouJou", It's a journey back in time, where elegance and gastronomy are not overlooked. Guy Degrenne was delighted to have been part of this wonderful opening.
