Human & Artificial Intelligences Workshop
On May 6th, the FACC California Education Committee hosted a eye-opening workshop on Human & Artificial Intelligences, bringing together professionals, educators, and AI enthusiasts for an evening of reflection and discussion around the evolving relationship between humans and technology.
Led by the team at everyone.AI, the session combined scientific insights, interactive discussions, and practical takeaways on how artificial intelligence is reshaping the way we work, think, and interact.
Through inspiring presentations by Anne-Sophie Seret and Mathilde Cerioli, participants explored:
- how human and artificial intelligence function and complement each other,
- the impact of our digital habits on attention and decision-making,
- and one central question: is AI beneficial, risky — or does it all depend on how we use it?
The workshop sparked engaging conversations and encouraged participants to approach AI with greater awareness, curiosity, and critical thinking.
A warm thank you to our Education Committee co-chairs, Barbara Greiner and Fabrice Urrizalqui, for organizing this event, and to The International School of San Francisco for generously hosting the evening.
Events like these reflect the importance of creating spaces where technology, education, and human perspectives can come together to shape the future responsibly.
