Session 1: 'Heritage, Uncertainty, and Innovation: Staying Relevant in Luxury'
Few luxury groups are as storied as LVMH. In this Fireside Chat, Jean-Jacques Guiony, President & CEO of Moët Hennessy takes part in a candid conversation on leading one of the world’s most iconic wine and spirits portfolios through turbulent times.
From tariffs and trade tensions to geopolitical uncertainty – which has had an outsized impact on the French luxury industry – Guiony will reflect on how he’s steered Moët Hennessy through recent headwinds. He will also explore how Moët Hennessy is embracing technology and innovation across its winemaking and distillation process, and the delicate art of doing so in a way that enhances, rather than erodes, centuries of heritage.
For leaders grappling with the tension between tradition and transformation, this is a conversation not to be missed.
About Jean-Jacques Guiony: Jean-Jacques Guiony, Chevalier de la Légion d'honneur, is a member of the LVMH Executive Committee and President & CEO of Moët Hennessy (Wines & Spirits division of LVMH) since 2025.

Mr. Guiony is a Distinguished Fellow at INSEAD's Corporate Governance Centre and decisive in establishing the partnership between LVMH and INSEAD.
